Recruitment Helper helps you track recruiting relationships and interactions. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data: email address and basic profile fields you provide.
• Workspace data: schools/programs you track, coach contacts, interactions you log, and events/tasks you create.
• Usage and diagnostics: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

• Provide and maintain the product.
• Secure accounts and prevent abuse.
• Power core product features (status, timeline, and next-step guidance), and AI Writer when you choose to use it.

AI features

If you use AI Writer, the product sends limited context needed to generate drafts. You should always review drafts before sending.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run the app (for example, authentication and hosting), and when required by law.
